Unfortunately, this is not possible. You would be responsible for covering the costs out of pocket. However, there are some advantages to this arrangement. One of the benefits is the absence of a lengthy waiting list, allowing you to begin your therapeutic journey promptly. Additionally, paying out of pocket grants you greater flexibility in determining the duration of your therapy. This flexibility ensures that we can fully accommodate your individual pace and tailor the therapeutic process to meet your specific needs.

In our initial sessions, we embark on a journey collaboration. Together, we'll shape therapeutic goals that align with your unique needs and current resources. These goals are not set in stone; rather, they evolve and adapt as our therapeutic relationship deepens and unfolds over time.
Typically, clients lead the discussions by bringing forth the topics that are most pressing to them during each session. We explore and embrace the present moment, allowing your concerns to take various forms or even transform completely. Our primary focus remains on nurturing self-awareness and empowering you to address your needs, all while considering the resources available, your personal context, and your aspirations.
It's important to know that you have the autonomy to conclude therapy whenever you feel your goals have been achieved or when you believe you are ready to do so.

You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel your sessions at no cost if you do so up to two days (48h) before your scheduled appointment. For last-minute cancellations, a fee equivalent to half of the regular session price will be applied. Missed appointments (no-shows) without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. However, I want to assure you that we recognize there are circumstances beyond your control. In such cases, we may discuss an exemption from this policy due to unexpected events or circumstances.

Typically, therapy sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes each week. However, I understand that everyone's life circumstances and needs are unique. Therefore, we can collaboratively determine the session frequency that best suits you and your current situation.

At the end of each month, you will receive a monthly invoice that consolidates all the sessions we've had during that month. The invoice will include my bank account details, and I kindly request that you make a bank transfer within one week after receiving the invoice.
If this payment method is not convenient for you, I am open to discussing alternative payment options that may better suit your preferences.
